Our Process
We’ve developed a clear, structured process to ensure your project runs smoothly and enjoyably.
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary meet-and-greet, either at your property or in our studio. This allows us to understand your requirements, style preferences and overall goals.
Following this meeting, we’ll recommend the most suitable design package for your project.
2. Creating the Brief
This is a vital stage that sets the direction for the entire project. We’ll gather:
- Measurements and layout information
- Photographs of the space
- Your budget range
- Timescales and key milestones
- Lifestyle and functional requirements
If needed, a designer can visit to carry out measurements on your behalf.
3. Design Development
Once the brief is agreed, we begin the design phase. This typically takes 2–3 weeks (unless otherwise stated). You’ll then be invited to a presentation meeting where we’ll talk you through:
- Space plans
- Design concepts
- Samples and finishes
- Initial specifications aligned to your budget
4. Refinement & Approval
Following your feedback, we’ll refine the design and produce final layouts, specifications and costings.
5. Procurement & Delivery (Optional)
If required, we can manage ordering, deliveries and coordination with contractors, ensuring your design is delivered seamlessly from concept to completion.
